("dataBridges," "Optomate," "Optomate Technologies," "we," "our" or "us") collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of our websites (including databridges.io, optomate.io), services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") does not apply to information our customers may process when using our Services.

We may collect and receive information about users of our Services ("users," "you," or "your") from various sources, including: (i) information you provide through your user account on the Services (your "Account") if you register for the Services; (ii) your use of the Services.

Information Gathering and Usage
When you register for dataBridges Services , we ask for information such as your email address, billing address, or payment information. We also use your IP address to identify your country of residence.

We may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us.

Optomate Technologies uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

We use Google Analytics as a third-party tracking service, but we do not use it to track you individually or collect your personal information. We use Google Analytics to collect information about how our website performs and how our users, in general, navigate through and use DataBridges.

Optomate Technologies collects only the minimum amount of personal data necessary.

We offer you simple methods of accessing, correcting, or deleting the data we have collected.

Optomate Technologies is committed to protecting your information. To do so, we employ a variety of security technologies and measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. However, please bear in mind that the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We transfer information about you if dataBrides Technology and/or Optomate Technologies Private Limited. is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Optomate Technologies Private Limited. will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Storage
Optomate Technologies uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Services. Although Optomate Technologies owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Services, you retain all rights to your data.

If you wish to delete your data from Optomate Technologies as well as from all third-party services we use, email us at [email protected] from the email you used to sign up at databridges.io, optomate.io. We will delete all your data as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days. if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Changes
Optomate Technologies may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address specified in your databridges.io and / or optomate.io account registration.
